Contract 3D Printing Services
What we run
Tarmac3D is a contract print shop, not a storefront. Most of what we make is a part someone else designed, run to a quantity, repeatedly.
Short-Run Production
Repeatable batches from a handful of units to a few hundred, run on one profile so the last part matches the first.
Design For Manufacture
We go through the model before anything runs — wall thickness, orientation, supports, and where the part is likely to fail.
Prototypes & One-Offs
Single parts and iteration cycles, so a design can be held and corrected before it is committed to a run.
Fixtures & Tooling
Jigs, fixtures, and shop-floor tooling built around your process rather than bought off a shelf.
Finishing & Assembly
Parts that arrive ready to use rather than ready to work on, including multi-part assemblies.
Material Selection
From PLA for fine detail to carbon-fibre nylon for stiffness — matched to load, heat, and how the part gets handled.
Materials
Material is chosen against the job — load, heat, chemical exposure, and how the part is handled once it leaves. If you are not sure which applies, send the part and say what it has to survive.

We review it
A design-for-manufacture pass before anything runs, so problems surface on screen rather than on the plate.

A price against that quantity. Nothing is charged and nothing is printed until you have approved it.
