What volumes do you run?
Anything from a single part to a few hundred. Tell us the quantity up front — it changes the material and the way the part is oriented, so it is worth getting right before the first one prints.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP and IGES are preferred for production; we also accept STL, 3MF, and OBJ. Send drawings with tolerances and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
What materials do you produce in?
Engineering-grade materials matched to load, heat, and regulatory needs — PETG, ABS/ASA, Nylon (PA12), carbon-fiber nylon, TPU, and engineering resins. Specialty and regulated materials qualified on request.
How fast is a quote, and do you sign NDAs?
We return a production feasibility review and quote — typically within one business day. Every engagement is confidential by default, and we sign NDAs before reviewing sensitive drawings.
